Our senior technician, Eric, has been working on boats in our harbor since 1999. With his extensive experience, he is a highly skilled and certified professional who is knowledgeable about a variety of engine manufacturers. Clients deeply appreciate Eric for his honesty, attention to detail, and meticulousness. His expertise ensures safety and reliability in every job he undertakes. In fact, his reputation is so outstanding that he travels often, especially to Mexico and has traveled as far as Africa to service clients' vessels.

The backbone of our business, Aurielle manages all operations from job coordination to backend administration. By streamlining processes, she boosts productivity and improves customer experience. While balancing work and family, she gracefully meets the challenge, ensuring she is there for their three energetic sons while contributing to the success of SBMS.
